Sapphire Lake is a neighborhood in Gemstone Estates, the primary setting of Precocious. It is the home turf of the main cast: Bud, Autumn, Jacob, and Tiffany. The neighborhood houses the middle class of the Gemstone pack, being wealthier than Emerald Woods but not as wealthy as Diamond Bluffs. Sapphire Lake draws its name from the Gemstone Estates lake, although unfortunately it can only claim half of the actual lake as its own property. The community's soccer field and baseball diamond are located here, leading to Sapphire Lake being the focal point of the baseball team story arc as well as the setting for much of the entire comic itself.
